Shocking: Your Daily Intake of Grossness – Peanut Butter
Did you know that your daily peanut butter sandwich may very probably contain a number of insects, including maggots, mite, mildew, excreta from animals as well as sticks, stones, sand grind and cigarette butts?
Professor E.J. Levy of the University of Missouri has recently revealed that according to the major regulating agency of amongst others the safety of foods in America, the F.E.D., a jar of peanut butter enters the stores without problems when it contains a maximum of approximately 145 parts of bugs, five or more rodent hairs or 125 milligrams of grit: this means that you have certainly swallowed at least one of these items at breakfast.
The F.E.D. has not only established levels of “deficiency” for peanut butter, but also for other sorts of food items. Did you treat yourself to a nice pizza yesterday evening? In that case you have probably swallowed at least 30 fly eggs, or 15 fly eggs and at least one maggot, and that is for the sauce only.
Although the F.E.D. claims that it is only natural that food should contain insects, rodent hairs and the like, we will never be able to enjoy a nice peanut butter sandwich anymore without being aware of these invisible ingredients …*puke*
Hey... Great to see you back!

Oh stop! You’re making me hungry!
I’ve always heard that most cultures out of the US eat bugs for food. I guess this mean everyone including the US does.
