Is anyone really shocked by this?
For a long time, there has been talk that the Pussycat Dolls were not getting along anymore, and it has been speculated here on this blog, and elsewhere on the net, that the girls were probably heading for a split. Now the news seems to be confirmed from within the Pussycat Dolls. Band member Melody Thornton says she and the other girls are on a “much needed break”, and we don’t really find here claim that the break is temporary very convincing:
“Yeah, we’re taking a break. No, [we’re not broken up] … everybody keeps saying that, but it’s like, let me see who took a break? Dave Chappelle. Remember when Dave Chappelle took that break? OK, maybe Dave Chappelle’s a bad example. What about, like, Hootie and the Blowfish”
Right… Do you believe the break is temporary, and the Pussycat Dolls will ever perform again?
